We operate three helicopters: an Airbus H130, a Robinson R44, and an AS350. If our operations are fully booked, we also collaborate with trusted local partner companies. Luggage capacity depends on the number of passengers. If the flight is at full capacity, we allow up to 15kg (33 lbs) per passenger. Alternatively, each empty seat provides an additional 75kg (165 lbs) of payload. For specific requirements, please reach out to us.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the flight? Rest assured, the climate in Spain is flight-favorable 99% of the time. However, should conditions make flying impossible, we offer alternative transport options (land or sea). Otherwise, your flight will be fully refunded.
To secure your booking, a deposit of 5% to 10% is required. We will also request a valid ID and an electronic signature through a simple, guided email process. Payment of the deposit acts as an initial confirmation, followed by a final confirmation email. The remaining balance must be settled before departure via bank transfer, credit card (mobile terminal available), or cash at the aircraft.
Safety is our top priority. Our modern aircraft follows strict maintenance traceability in compliance with Spanish Civil Aviation standards. Should there be any doubt regarding the aircraft's integrity, we will reschedule or cancel the flight without hesitation. We reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who is intoxicated, aggressive, inappropriately dressed, or carrying non-compliant luggage. All baggage will be scanned and sealed by our ground crew.
At Helibiza, we demand excellence from ourselves, boasting a punctuality rate of over 95%. Should a delay occur on our part, onboard compensation or a partial refund will be provided. We allow a grace period of up to 2 hours for client delays; beyond this time, the flight will be canceled and treated as a "no-show."
